Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned if they are damaged upon delivery, incorrect, or significantly different from the description. Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery for perishable goods and 3 days for non-perishable goods.

2. Process

To initiate a return, contact the seller directly through the chat system or contact support. You will need to provide photos of the item and its packaging.

3. Refunds

Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or as store credit. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to reflect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as intimate apparel, personalized goods, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
